Chocolate rolls
Homemade chocolate rolls simply taste so much better. They’re soft, light and incredibly fluffy.
Method:
- Knead all the ingredients together to form a yeast dough and leave to prove for at least 2 hours.
- Once the proving time is up, knead the dough thoroughly by hand once more, then divide it into 12 rolls weighing 180 grams each.
- Leave to rise on the baking tray for another half an hour to three-quarters of an hour, brush with a little milk or plant-based milk, and bake in the oven at 250°C (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
