Chocolate rolls


Homemade chocolate rolls simply taste so much better. They’re soft, light and incredibly fluffy.

Method:

  1. Knead all the ingredients together to form a yeast dough and leave to prove for at least 2 hours.
  2. Once the proving time is up, knead the dough thoroughly by hand once more, then divide it into 12 rolls weighing 180 grams each.
  3. Leave to rise on the baking tray for another half an hour to three-quarters of an hour, brush with a little milk or plant-based milk, and bake in the oven at 250°C (top and bottom heat) for about 15 minutes.
