In this course, you will learn how to make your own pasta dough, sauces and pestos in a simple way. In addition to typical Italian pasta varieties such as linguine, farfalle and ravioli, we will delve into the production of local specialities such as Swabian Maultaschen and soup noodles. We finish with a special dessert made from potato pasta dough. Let us surprise you!
