Baking cakes in a wood-fired oven

In this course, we bake various cakes in a wood-fired oven according to historical recipes. From sheet cakes with crumble to cakes made from yeast dough to a delicious cake from the cast-iron bundt pan. Of course, the baked goods are then savoured over a good cup of coffee and tea.
